Our cutting-edge mixture of online and offline marketing will ensure your property is seen by the maximum number of potential buyers, from the moment you instruct us.  We work with top performing portals Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation which work in harmony with our own website.  We advertise in Coast Magazine, Island Living Magazine and Island Life Magazine, carefully chosen because of the demographic of their readers.  We target specific groups of people in locations such as London and throughout the South Coast with a varied mix of social media.  We also support a number of Island events and maintain a welcoming office to further enhance our marketing reach locally.

Ongoing Care

Once you are live on the market, our team will carefully monitor your listing and regularly communicate with you at every step of the way.  We take the time to understand the individual needs of any potential buyer before booking an appointment enabling us to bring qualified clients, every time.  Viewings will be accompanied by an experienced team member, and feedback will always be provided on the same day as the viewing.
